Rose Marie Quinn is winner of the Cookstown District Council Annual Civic Award 2013 in the arts.
As a sculptural textile artist, Rose Marie focuses mainly on rediscovered materials that people may have discarded or thrown away to reform lifelike animals; rabbits, birds that show how Mother Nature takes over in the end through the act of decay, creating something universally accepted as beautiful.

In 2012, the Jaffa Art Prize was established to support graduating artists from the University of Ulster. The prize is awarded annually to one or more artists presenting challenging or courageous work. This exhibition features the work of three young, upcoming artists- working between sculpture, photography and installation.
